All potential employees are required to pass Drug/Alcohol testing as well as WorkSteps prior to being hired.
Upon hiring employees are required to:
- Complete in-house training which consists of Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness as well as customer specific Safety Orientations
- HazWoper Emergency Response Training
- Undergo a Road Test according to the position held
- Attend 8-hour orientation class conducted by a 3rd party including but not limited to the following:

b) Four Keys of Safety Leadership – Knowledge - How to Recognize Hazards - Controlling Hazards

After orientation has been completed, new employees are assigned to a mentor for a period of no less than 90 days. Upon review after 90 days, new employees are either released for full duty or additional mentoring to cover any weaknesses found.
